Companion Services
CCS provides Companion services to individuals living in their own homes. CCS will provide supervision and assistance that is focused on the health and safety of the individual. CCS will provide these services through a qualified staff member. CCS will ensure that staff is well trained on the individuals’ needs to ensure that this service is provided accordingly.
In Home and Community Supports
CCS provides qualified direct care staff for the individual to provide IHCS services. The direct care staff will go to the individuals’ home and provide the required services to the individual.
Respite
CCS’ Respite services are provided on a short-term basis to relieve those persons normally providing care to an individual. Respite services will be provided to those living in a private home by a qualified staff member who may or may not know the family personally. These services can either be in the family/person’s home, or a friend’s home.
